Residential Services
We offer Free Inspections to all walk-ins. If you're bringing a desktop just bring the tower. If you're bringing a laptop make sure to bring the power supply. Below are some of our most common services.
Virus Cleanup
Computer infected with viruses, malware, or spyware? If you've been annoyed by pop ups, error messages, or just slowed performance chances are you could benefit from a virus cleanup. During the cleanup your hard drive will be removed from the computer and cleaned with over 3 leading anti virus programs.
Turnaround time: 3-4 Hours
Price: $65
PC Rescue
If your Windows Registry has been damaged beyond repair a PC Rescue may be needed. During the PC Rescue your hard drive will be formatted and a clean copy of Windows will be installed. After this we will update your firmware, BIOS, and drivers and load your computer with open source software.
Turnaround time: 24 hours
Price: $110
PC Rescue with Data Backup
In addition to the PC Rescue we will also back up all your documents. Your internet favorites and email settings will also be transferred. License keys from your software will be transferred onto the new load of Windows. If you have purchased software for the computer make sure to bring the install disks.
Unless there is a hardware failure this is the end-all-be-all of computer fixes.

Laptop Screen Repair
It is not uncommon for laptop screens to be physically broken or just go black without reason. There are 3 components directly involved in the display on your laptop and they are all replaceable.
Turnaround time: 1 Week

Laptop Power Jack Repair
It is important to remember to always unplug a laptops power supply when it is not sitting on a flat surface. This prevents the laptops power jack from being broken off the motherboard. If this has happened to your laptop don't worry, we can fix it. This fix requires the laptop to be completely disassembled and the new power jack to be re soldered on to the motherboard.
Turnaround time: 1 Week

General Hardware Repair
Is your computer shutting off suddenly? Has your laptop battery stopped charging? Maybe a CD or DVD drive has stopped working. These are just a few of the slew of hardware problems that can occur in your PC. We offer Free Inspections for all walk-in customers and can usually diagnose a hardware issue within a day.

Upgrades
Computer running slow? Maybe you need a RAM upgrade. Or maybe you'd like to install wifi on your desktop computer. We can also help you upgrade the hard drive, processor, video cards and more.

House Call
Some problems cannot be solved in the shop. If you need help setting up your printer, wireless router, home network, or media center we can help. We offer by-appointment house call service.

Business Services
When your business computers stop working you need them fixed now. We understand that, and that's why our business customers receive priority service. In addition to all our residential services some of our most common business services are listed below. Prices and turnaround time are considered on a per inquiry basis.
Network Installation
We recommend wired vs. wireless networks for business. Wired networks are more reliable and more secure. We can wire your business's network and provide your workstations with convenient wall jacks for CAT 5 cable.
Monthly Maintenance
The old adage it's cheaper to maintain something than to fix it stays true with computers. Our monthly maintenance customers benefit from discounted rates, on call service, and instantaneous remote support.
Network Configuration
We can configure your business network. Features of a business network include sharing printers, sharing files, creating permissions for different users and tracking employee activity.
