Program Research and Installation
Can't open a file? Maybe you can't burn DVDs or CDs like you thought your computer could. Scouting the web for programs to solve these problems can be dangerous. If you download from an untrustworthy source you can fill your computer with viruses and then you have a much bigger problem. Hire a Computer Inspector and save yourself the trouble. We'll have you up and running in 20 minutes.

PC Rescue
If your Windows Registry has been damaged beyond repair a PC Rescue may be needed. During the PC Rescue your hard drive will be formatted and a clean copy of Windows will be installed. After this we will update your firmware, BIOS, and drivers and load your computer with open source software.

PC Rescue with Data Backup
In addition to the PC Rescue we will also back up all your documents. Your internet favorites and email settings will also be transferred. License keys from your software will be transferred onto the new load of Windows. If you have purchased software for the computer make include the the install disks.
Unless there is a hardware failure this is the end-all-be-all of computer fixes.

Laptop Screen Repair
It is not uncommon for laptop screens to be physically broken or just go black without reason. There are 3 components directly involved in the display on your laptop and they are all replaceable.

Laptop Power Jack Repair
It is important to remember to always unplug a laptops power supply when it is not sitting on a flat surface. This prevents the laptops power jack from being broken off the motherboard. If this has happened to your laptop don't worry, we can fix it. This fix requires the laptop to be completely disassembled and the new power jack to be re soldered on to the motherboard.
