Remote Support
From The Computer Inspectors Knowledge Base
If you have a working internet connection you are eligible for our Remote Support.
Using a program called Logmein (available here), you can share your computer's desktop with our team of live Computer Inspectors. After installing the software all you have to do is watch your computer problem fixed before your eyes. If needed we will stay on the phone with you to answer any questions or tackle multiple issues in one session.
Rates
We have flat-rates for many common computer problems listed here: National Service. If your computer problem is not covered under one of our flat rate services then the following rates apply:
Initial Inspection FREE!
$10 for 10 minutes
$20 for 20 minutes
$45 for 1 hour
During the first 10 minutes we will either fix the problem or let you know how long it will take.
