I was impressed with how polite and professional the entire staff was from the technicians to the owners. I was very impressed that they came and picked my computer up, repaired it and brought it back and when I needed them to add something to it I was able to literally sit in my chair and watch them repair it remotely. It was real interesting to me to see how fast and competent the technician was. The price was also amazingly fair.
